Pay: $58-$65/hour based on experience

Job Description:
MMR is seeking a highly motivated Procurement and Logistics Manager to lead our onsite procurement, warehousing, materials management, and logistics operations. This leadership role is critical to ensuring that electrical materials, equipment, tools, and prefabricated assemblies are delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule to support project execution. The successful candidate will manage procurement and logistics teams while partnering with project managers, field supervisors, vendors, and executive leadership to drive operational excellence across the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for project materials, equipment, consumables, and services.
- Manager supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract compliance.
- Monitor procurement schedules to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks that may impact project execution.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage transportation providers, freight scheduling, and material movement activities.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, inventory control, and material distribution processes.
- Develop logistics plans that support efficient project execution and minimize operational distributions.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to reduce shortages, overstock, and material loss.
- Track and report key procurement and logistics performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry regulations.
- Support audits and maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and logistics records.
- Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, cost savings, and service levels.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of procurement, logistics, supply chain, or materials management experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role supervising procurement and logistics teams.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
- Experience supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or large project environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience managing procurement and logistics for large capital projects.
- Knowledge of contract administration and supplier performance management.
- Experience with Vista Viewpoint.
- Electrical construction experience.
