Job Summary
Oversees the development and implementation of strategic marketing and/or communications plans, ensuring alignment with clients' operating plans.
Essential Functions
- Lead the development and implementation of sustainable marketing strategic plans and key initiatives for assigned client organizations and other annual marketing projects.
- Align with client organizations to gain a detailed understanding of their business functions, strategies, and operating plans to ensure marketing strategic plans and creative solutions support client objectives and marketing road maps.
- Oversee the development and production of materials and outputs ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, budgets, etc.
- Consult with internal and external resources to ensure the proper development and execution of marketing communication plans and programs, ensuring consistencies and avoiding duplication of efforts.
- Partner with others (e.g., client, Market Intelligence, etc.) to establish metrics to measure and analyze results of potential and implemented marketing strategic plans.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact and relationship manager for assigned client organizations and projects. Includes, yet not limited to, pre-and post-launch consulting, meeting facilitations, trend analysis, etc.
- Develop annual Content Marketing calendars and formally report progress updates relative to annual marketing strategic plans, strategic roadmaps, etc.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role
Preferred
- Master's Degree
- 5 years of relevant experience in project management Preferred
