Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to every guest
• Prepare and serve food according to Chick-fil-A quality standards
• Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Restock supplies and complete assigned opening and cleaning tasks
• Communicate clearly with leaders and fellow team members
• Support the team wherever needed

Qualifications

• Consistent morning availability and the ability to work Saturdays
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well with others and accept coaching
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required
