At Magical Beginnings Learning Centers, we believe strong childcare programs are built by strong, supported leaders. We are hiring a Massachusetts EEC Director II–certified Assistant Center Director to lead our brand-new school opening in Georgetown, MA.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood education leader to help bring a brand-new center to life as we prepare to open in January 2027. As Assistant Director, you’ll play an important role in shaping the center’s culture, supporting the teaching team, building meaningful relationships with families, and helping establish a warm, high-quality environment from day one.
You’ll join a well-established organization with the operational structure, resources, enrollment support, and staffing partnership to help set you and your team up for success.
