- Develop executive-level presentations, strategy documents, business cases, and client deliverables.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, concise recommendations for senior government and Peraton executives.
- Support market, policy, organizational, operational, and financial analyses relevant to healthcare and public-sector programs.
- Facilitate client working sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and executive discussions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning strategy, technology, healthcare, data analytics, program management, and organizational transformation.
- Support development of growth strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Manage workstreams and deliver high-quality deliverables within demanding timelines.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to broader account and business-development activities.
- Mentor junior analysts and consultants in structured problem solving, analytical methods, and executive communication.
- Contribute to proposals, white papers, thought leadership, and new business development within Peraton's Health, State and Local portfolio.
