Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Order Processing: Support the quoting and order entry process by learning internal systems and assisting with accurate and timely order handling Account Management: Assist with customer account management by learning to understand customer needs and helping ensure those needs are met Logistics Coordination: Help coordinate customer requests related to deliveries, logistics, and product information under the guidance of senior team members Feedback & Escalation: Capture and communicate customer feedback internally to improve products and services while learning to escalate issues promptly to leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Quality while developing a broad understanding of the business Process Improvement: Participate in improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and team efficiency Data & Reporting: Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage customer data, track orders, support analytics, and assist with audits and reporting Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Education: Recently completed or soon-completing Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field Experience: No prior experience expected — the right attitude and foundation to grow with the organization Digital Aptitude: Comfort learning new systems and platforms for customer data management, order tracking, and analytics Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a customer-first mindset Collaboration: Eagerness to build cross-departmental relationships and contribute within a team environment Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines Initiative: Proactive problem-solver willing to identify improvements and take ownership of personal development US citizen or green card holder : This
