Coordinate Site Operations, Recruitment, Regulatory, Data, Quality, and Safety input to deliver each study to plan
Prepare for and take part in study-level delivery reviews, driving timely resolution of bottlenecks
Make sure each country team and function knows what it owns, and by when, on assigned studies
Escalate constructively when delivery performance deviates from plan
Planning, Tracking & Reporting
Build and maintain study plans in line with Civia’s delivery methodology
Set up and maintain study baselines and forecasts using the agreed models
Track and report study KPIs using the established KPI framework

Quality, Risk & Continuous Improvement
Follow the governance routines and performance cadence set for the portfolio
Maintain audit and inspection readiness on assigned studies
Implement corrective and preventive actions on assigned studies and track them to closure
Capture lessons learned at study milestones and close-out, and share them with the delivery team
Education and Experience:
Required Experience
5–8 years of clinical research experience, including at least 3 years managing clinical trials (global or multi-country preferred)
B.S. or B.A.; science-related degree preferred. Project-management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous.

Working knowledge of project-management methods and tools
Sound understanding of ICH-GCP, GDPR, and relevant regulatory requirements
Good analytical and financial skills — able to manage study budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
