Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities across software projects and drive quality delivery.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
- Develop and maintain test automation solutions using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and ensure product quality.
- Drive defect tracking, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of software testing experience.
- Strong Python programming and test automation skills.
- Experience leading QA activities or serving as a project/test lead.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in automotive, voice AI, or embedded software testing.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
