We are looking for an Office Manager & HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming workplace while supporting a variety of Human Resources functions.
You'll play a key role by keeping ECG's office running smoothly, coordinating workplace operations, and supporting the HR processes that contribute to a positive employee experience.

In this role, you'll coordinate office operations, partner with leaders and employees across the company, and help ensure both our workplace and HR operations run efficiently.
What You'll Do
• Manage the day-to-day operations of ECG's office to maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional work environment
• Coordinate office vendors, facilities, maintenance requests, office supplies, equipment, mail, shipping, and workplace services
• Coordinate company meetings, leadership meetings, employee events, training sessions, and workplace logistics
• Welcome employees, candidates, customers, vendors, and visitors while creating a professional and welcoming experience
• Serve as ECG's HRIS subject matter expert by maintaining employee data, supporting workflows, generating reports, and troubleshooting system issues
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, qualifying life events, and employee inquiries
• Maintain confidential employee records while coordinating I-9 administration, ADA accommodations, work visa processes, compliance reporting, and record retention
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including workspace readiness, system access, equipment, and required documentation
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to employees and leaders
• Identify opportunities to improve office operations, HR processes, and administrative workflows

Requirements
Required Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in office management, office administration, Human Resources administration, or a combination of related experience
• Experience using an HRIS to maintain employee data, process transactions, support workflows, and generate reports
• Working knowledge of HR administrative practices, confidential recordkeeping, employment documentation, and employment-related compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new business systems and technology
Preferred Experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with Paylocity or another HRIS platform
• Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs
• Experience coordinating ADA accommodations, Form I-9 administration, or employment-based work visa processes
• Experience supporting HR operations in a multi-state organization
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or another applicable HR certification
