Description
A job that's more than just a job.
If you're looking for challenging work with a strong sense of purpose and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, we're looking for you. We want you to learn and grow as much as we want to grow the credit union for our members. If you're a detail-oriented person who loves working with numbers and feels a sense of accomplishment from ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your day-to-day work, read on and apply to join our team!
Why You'll Love It Here
We're a credit union, so we work a little differently than a typical bank. Our members are also our owners, and there are no outside shareholders pushing for higher fees or bigger profits. Every dollar we earn goes back into better rates, better service, and a better experience for the people who trust us.
Our team members say it best: this is a place where your work genuinely matters. You'll work alongside people who care about doing things right, support one another, and take pride in serving the Cincinnati community with integrity. You'll also have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by strengthening the financial operations behind that service.
Our Values: CREDIT
Collaboration - We succeed together, and teamwork is what makes great service possible.
Respectful - Every member and every colleague deserves care and professionalism.
Exceeding Expectations - Good enough isn't in our vocabulary.
Driven - We take initiative and follow through with pride.
Inclusive - We celebrate different backgrounds and perspectives. Everyone belongs here.
Trustworthy - We earn our members' trust every single day.
