Are you an experienced educator or emerging leader ready to take the next step in your ECEC career? Busy Bees at Moreton Bay is looking for a passionate Assistant Centre Director to support our Centre Director and lead a high-performing, values-driven team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on mentoring others, building strong relationships, and creating meaningful learning environments for children, families, and educators.

🌱 About the Role

As Assistant Centre Director, you will:

• Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day leadership and operations of the service

• Lead, mentor, and inspire educators to deliver high-quality education and care

• Build strong partnerships with families and the local community

• Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Regulations

• Contribute to curriculum planning, reflective practice, and continuous improvement

• Step into the Centre Director role when required

🧠 About You

You will bring:

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)

• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)

• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Protection legislation

• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A collaborative, positive, and supportive leadership style
