Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

Horsley Park | 7:00am – 3:00pm | Global Organisation | $75,000 - $85,000 + Super based on experience

The Opportunity

Are you a hands-on logistics professional who loves solving problems, keeping things moving and being part of a great team?

This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised organisation that has been operating for almost 200 years. With an excellent workplace culture, structured onboarding and a team that enjoys what they do, this business offers the stability of an established global brand with a genuinely welcoming working environment.

Based in Horsley Park, this role combines freight coordination, logistics administration and hands-on warehouse support. You'll be someone who takes ownership, thinks on their feet and is happy to roll up their sleeves when the warehouse gets busy.

And the best part? Start early, finish early! Work from 7:00am to 3:00pm and enjoy your afternoons.

The Job

You'll play an important role in ensuring freight, containers, deliveries and warehouse operations run smoothly. From coordinating transport bookings to helping the warehouse team when things get hectic, no two days will be exactly the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and interstate freight, transport bookings, deliveries and collections.
• Manage container arrivals, delivery appointments and unloading schedules.
• Track shipments, follow up on delays and resolve delivery or stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate incoming goods, ensuring deliveries are documented, checked and directed appropriately.
• Maintain accurate freight records, delivery dockets, manifests and inventory movements.
• Assist with stocktakes, stock movements, picking, dispatch and general warehouse duties when required.
• Review freight and transport invoices, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues.
• Work closely with suppliers, transport providers, drivers and internal teams to keep operations running efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, organised warehouse and uphold workplace health and safety standards.

About You

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a practical mindset and the confidence to get things done.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in logistics, freight coordination, transport, warehousing or a similar operational role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach. When something goes wrong, you look for solutions rather than excuses.
• Confidence communicating with drivers, suppliers, transport companies and internal stakeholders.
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in and help the warehouse team when needed.
• Good attention to detail when handling documentation, stock records and freight information.
• A team-first mentality, a sense of humour and a genuine willingness to contribute.

A forklift licence and a Certificate in Supply Chain, Warehousing or Logistics would be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in practical experience, initiative and the right attitude.

Why Join?

• A globally established business: Join a well-known organisation with almost 200 years of history.
• Great workplace culture: Be part of a team that enjoys working together, with regular Friday afternoon BBQs.
• Structured onboarding: Receive a strong, organised introduction to the business, systems and processes.
• Work-life balance: Enjoy consistent 7:00am–3:00pm hours and get your afternoons back.
• Variety in your day: Combine logistics coordination with practical, hands-on operational work.
• Room to make an impact: Join a business where initiative, teamwork and problem-solving matter.

Is This the Role for You?

If you're a go-getter who enjoys a challenge, takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty when the team needs help, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a positive attitude to work every day.
