Description
ITG helps enterprise brands grow. AI & Technology is a big part of how we do that, but it is only one part. Clients come to us to solve marketing challenges: faster speed to market, lower cost to produce, stronger brand consistency, increased quality and better performance from their marketing investment. We answer with a joined-up blend of platforms, content production, data and insight, and managed services.
We are looking for a Solutions Manager to join our Growth team and help win and convert new clients; from winning brand-new prospects to growing existing ITG clients. This is a new business and conversion focused role. You will shape our answer to the client's challenge into a compelling proposition, business case and design the ITG solution that answers it, drawing on the full breadth of what ITG can offer.
You will report into the Head of solutions and work closely with the broader growth team, sales leads and subject matter experts across the Group. We take pride in a vibrant, collaborative and friendly culture. There is no room for glory hunters, big egos or office politics. We say it like it is, in the simplest way possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the solution. Work with Growth leads to understand the client's challenge, goals and operating model, then design a relevant, joined-up ITG solution aligned to the scope of work. Typically solutions consist of AI, technology, content creation and a range of managed services that ITG offer.
- Build the business case. Work with the Growth lead to translate the solution into clear commercial value, including ROI, efficiency, quality and speed gains, engaging with the commercial teams.
- Own the proposal. Lead the completion and management of all sales process materials, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, proposals and presentations, to a high standard and on deadline. (Typically PPT response based)
- Bring in the right experts. Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and colleagues across the Group and pull their expertise together into one coherent, winning response.
- Create with confidence Create compelling presentations to senior internal stakeholders to gather alignment ahead of submission.
- Map and improve processes. Understand how clients work today and recommend better ways of working that improve efficiency and effectiveness, staying up to date with the latest advancements in the industry.
- Support transition handover Work with delivery teams so what we sell is what we deliver, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Continued knowledge expansion Stay up to speed with the latest ITG solution offerings and any external market trends to ensure we remain competitive and at the forefront of the industry.
- Champion ITG. Represent ITG at our absolute best by championing our culture and values.
Requirements:
You do not need to be an expert in every area of ITG's offer. You do need to be curious, commercially sharp and a will to roll up your sleeves through a fast paced environment:
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and how enterprise brands plan, create and deliver content at scale
- Working knowledge of ITG's proposition, or the ability to get up to speed quickly, including our technology (such as Storyteq) as part of a wider solution
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and articulate ROI for customers
- Experience building proposals, bids or business cases in a consultative sales, client services or solutions environment
- An aptitude for understanding business processes, with detailed process mapping skills and the confidence to suggest alternative ways of working
- Project and programme management experience, including managing change within a business
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with subject matter experts across a range of marketing disciplines
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders
- Second-to-none organisational skills and time management, in an environment of ever-changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to make the complicated simple
- Self-motivated, with the enthusiasm and drive to keep developing your skills and knowledge
- AI literate, with an understanding of where AI can, and can not, provide value.
