## What you’ll do:
We have an opening for a Senior HR Generalist / HR Business Partner supporting the Aerospace business at Eaton India Innovation Center. This role will partner closely with business leaders, HR leadership, and cross-functional teams to enable people priorities, employee lifecycle processes, talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence. The position will report to the HR Manager and will play a key role in deploying HR policies, processes, and programs while ensuring strong employee experience and business alignment.
- Partner with Aerospace business leaders to understand priorities and provide HR support across talent, capability, engagement, performance, and workforce planning.
- Support achievement of Aerospace and EIIC objectives through effective execution of HR strategy, processes, and initiatives.
- Drive employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, performance management, talent reviews, employee listening, development planning, and retention actions.
- Promote a positive employee relations environment by addressing employee concerns with maturity, fairness, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Enable hiring and onboarding effectiveness by partnering with stakeholders to create a smooth candidate and new-hire experience for the Aerospace organization.
- Execute Eaton HR programs, internal HR scorecards, compliance actions, and process improvements with a focus on quality, consistency, and alignment with Eaton Business System.
- Use HR data, dashboards, and insights to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend actions that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to drive consistency in HR programs, practices, and communications.
- Support change management, capability-building, engagement actions, and organizational initiatives for the Aerospace group.

## Qualifications:
- Full-time MBA in Human Resources from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, HR Business Partner, or employee lifecycle role, preferably in a multinational, matrix, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or R&D environment.
## Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR processes including talent acquisition support, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, talent reviews, organization effectiveness, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to work with HR data, dashboards, and reports.
- Ability to understand, interpret, communicate, and apply HR policies and practices effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and business context into actionable HR insights.
