About the Role: 

Reporting to the Senior Art Director, the Senior Graphic Designer will help lead and develop a team of Graphic Designers creating compelling visuals for TMB’s websites and social media channels. This role combines strong hands-on design skills with creative leadership—helping set a high bar for visual quality, guiding junior designers toward stronger solutions, and ensuring work consistently reflects the distinct look and feel of each brand. The goal is to create engaging, thoughtful visual experiences that strengthen our brands and deepen audience engagement. 

About you: 

You’re a versatile, experienced designer with strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for composition, typography and visual storytelling, and the confidence to make and articulate design decisions. You’re equally comfortable creating work yourself and helping other designers make their work better. You can translate brand direction into compelling digital visuals, give clear and actionable creative feedback, and recognize when an idea needs to be pushed further. You’re curious about evolving visual trends, digital platforms and creative tools, and are always looking for smarter and more engaging ways to bring content to life. 

 Your day-to-day: 

• Create engaging graphics and visual concepts that support Editorial initiatives across our websites and Social platforms while staying true to each brand’s visual identity. 
• Guide, mentor and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback to junior designers, helping them strengthen both individual assignments and their overall design skills. 
• Review creative work with a strong eye for hierarchy, composition, typography, brand alignment and overall visual quality. 
• Edit, retouch and resize imagery to meet current brand and production standards. 
• Ensure filenames, credits and other metadata are accurate and meet brand standards. 
• Balance creative quality with productivity, managing multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of work. 
• Actively participate in team discussions, sharing ideas, asking questions, solving creative challenges and helping maintain consistency across brands. 

 You have: 

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience, with a focus on visual assets for digital platforms. 
• A strong foundation in design principles, including typography, hierarchy, composition and visual storytelling, along with excellent creative judgment. 
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful concepts, polished execution and the ability to work across different visual styles and brands. 
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, including designing for web and social platforms. 
• Experience mentoring, directing or providing substantive creative feedback to other designers. 
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and AfterEffects. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain creative decisions and translate feedback into actionable direction. 
• An organized, detail-oriented and proactive approach to work. 
• The ability to balance quality with quantity, identifying the strongest on-brand visual solution within the time available. 
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to confidently prioritize multiple assignments with varying deadlines.
