What You'll Be Doing
As a member of the Croesus Support team, you will work closely with team members, internal partners, and external vendors to support the day-to-day functions and activities related to the Croesus Advisor and Croesus Xpert portfolio management systems. You will assist frontline users at Wood Gundy branches by analyzing and resolving routine to moderately complex issues, escalating more complex matters to senior team members as needed.

At the present time, this role provides the opportunity to conduct all work activities remotely via CIBC's Agent@Home program, and will only require you to be on-site on an occasional basis. The expectation is that you must be able to attend your primary CIBC location within two hours upon request. Please note, however, that this work arrangement is subject to change based on business needs.
Agent@Home Program Requirements
Ability to work independently in a room or office with a door that closes it off from noises and distractions.
Wired Internet connection, capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate. (Internet connection must be connected to modem through hard cable (not wireless) with a minimum download speed of 15mbps and upload speed of 10mbps). Satellite internet providers are prohibited due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service.
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $56,500 to $70,700.
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

How You'll Succeed
- Leveraging Technology- You have strong computer skills, including excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and solid knowledge of Power BI. You are eager to learn and adapt to new tools and systems as needed.
- Financial Acumen- You possess strong foundational knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, mutual funds, and fixed income, along with related concepts and calculations such as projected income, yields, and performance. You are eager to continue building on this knowledge.
- Organized & Detail Oriented- You use systems and tools to stay organized, pay close attention to detail, and follow established processes to ensure accuracy. You are enthusiastic about exploring and making the most of CIBC's technological offerings. Your critical thinking skills inform your decision-making.
- Process Improvement- You contribute ideas and observations to help enhance team efficiency and client experience.
Who You Are
- You have a post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, or information technology (or equivalent work experience). You have a strong interest in financial services. Current accreditation and are in good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID)and/or experience in the brokerage industry is an asset, but not required.
