Marketing Manager (f/m/d) - Mandatory 6 Month Unpaid Internship

Awtomated is a Berlin-based Translation Business Management System that helps Language Service Providers (LSPs) manage their businesses more efficiently, streamline their workflows, and improve profitability.

We are looking for a creative and motivated **Marketing Manager (f/m/d)** to join our team in Berlin. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in **digital marketing, content creation, social media, and brand development within the language and localization technology industry**.

The ideal candidate is creative, curious, and comfortable experimenting with different types of content and digital channels. You should enjoy understanding audiences, identifying trends, and turning ideas into engaging content that helps grow a B2B technology company.

## Tasks

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as **LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram** to increase brand awareness and reach potential customers.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the Awtomated website.
• Develop content around **language industry trends, localization, translation technology, company updates, product features, and customer success stories**.
• Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent communication across digital channels.
• Monitor social media and digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics, audience engagement, and campaign results.
• Analyze marketing data and use insights to improve content and campaign performance.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and relevant topics to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support business growth.
• Work with external agencies or partners when needed on marketing and content initiatives.
• Support partnership, PR, and outreach activities to increase Awtomated's visibility within the language and localization industry.
• Explore new content formats, platforms, and creative approaches to expand Awtomated's digital presence.

## Requirements

• Strong interest in **Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media, and B2B Marketing**.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to grammar, tone, and detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new content ideas and communicate concepts clearly.
• Good analytical skills and an interest in using data to understand and improve marketing performance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while also being an active member of a team.
• Comfortable researching new topics and learning about the language and localization industry.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field**.
• Knowledge of additional European languages, particularly **German or Spanish**, is a plus.

**Nice to Have**

• Previous experience in **Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media Management**.
• Experience using design and content creation tools such as **Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms**.
• Experience with social media management or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with **SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing, or marketing automation tools**.
• Experience creating content for a B2B audience.
