Description
Vital Healthcare Solutions is seeking a vibrant and energetic individual with a passion for improving the lives of others. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday and includes a full benefit package, company car, and a competitive salary.
Essential Job Duties:
- Identify potential clients (e.g., facilities, institutions, etc).
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Generate leads and prospect new customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
- Educate clients on the services and products offered
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
- Follow up on leads, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition for clients receiving services.
- Build trust through ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
- Stay updated on trends in the long-term care industry, including new services, technologies, and regulations.
- Research competitors to understand their offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to track performance and meet quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Stay current on industry standards, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to clients.
- Train clients or new sales staff on product offerings and company procedures.
- REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in a sales position
- Must be comfortable with cold calls / tremendous communication skills / written verbal
- Proficient MS Office
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Flexible personality, ability to work with different management styles
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently and be results driven
- Must be able to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Previous remote work experience highly desired
- Daily travel - up to 75% of your work week will be in the field (no overnights)
