Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls for insurance products, including AD&D, general questions, and claims support
Explain coverage and benefits in a clear, simple way—especially to customers unfamiliar with their plan
Address cancellation requests and help customers understand the value of keeping coverage
Assist customers or beneficiaries with claims, including sensitive situations involving death or injury
Balance retention efforts with empathy—knowing when to educate, save, or support
Stay calm and professional during difficult or emotional conversations
Document call outcomes accurately
Meet performance goals for quality, compliance, and retention
What We Look for in a Candidate:
18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
Typing proficiency of 30 WPM with accuracy
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable handling objections and influencing decisions
Able to explain complex topics in a simple way
Patient and respectful, especially with older customers
Emotionally aware, can handle both sales and sensitive conversations
Stays calm under pressure and handles tough calls well
Goal-oriented with a focus on results
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
