About the role:
FIS is seeking a Revenue Operations Transformation Analyst to drive end-to-end transformation across the global go-to-market organization. This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners closely with Sales, Strategy, Finance, Enablement, and cross-functional teams to streamline existing processes, by designing scalable, future‑state processes supported by data, technology, AI and automation at scale
This is a highly visible, hands-on role designed for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing domain expertise with process engineering rigor. The ideal candidate brings strong RevOps transformation experience, to ensure that process redesigns directly improve seller productivity and overall GTM execution
What you will be doing:
RevOps Transformation & Process Excellence:
- Map and document current‑state (as‑is) processes across the entire sales process such as pipeline management, forecasting, territory/coverage, deal execution, pricing, commissions, and reporting.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, handoff gaps, and data/process breakdowns across teams.
- Translate process insights into clear, prioritized transformation roadmaps with defined milestones and success metrics.
AI Tools & Program Support:
- Build and leverage enterprise AI-driven tools to increase analytical efficiency.
- Partner with Sales Technology and AI teams to translate process designs into automated workflows, AI‑enabled solutions, and scalable RevOps capabilities.
- Identify opportunities where automation, AI insights, or agentic workflows can reduce manual effort and improve decision‑making.
- Support AI program management through tracking, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
Special Projects Leadership:
- Identify, lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects, leveraging your problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Take the initiative in coordinating resources from multiple departments to optimize processes and support overarching business goals.
- Gather, develop, and analyze information from multiple teams and develop efficient processes and reports to support the business.
Executive Communication & Storytelling:
- Create compelling, executive-level PowerPoint storyboards and business insights.
- Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
- Build business cases that quantify benefits, costs, and ROI of proposed process and technology changes.
- Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure redesigned processes are embedded and sustained.
What you will need:
- 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related GTM roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, Economics, or related analytical discipline.
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, root‑cause analysis, and future‑state process design.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Ability to translate complex operational analysis into clear, executive‑level narratives and recommendations.
- Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and influence global stakeholders.
- Ambiguous problem-solving and executive communication skills.
- Positive, can-do, roll up the sleeves and get things done mindset.
- Relentless ownership mindset - spots problems early, pulls into them, and drives solutions end‑to‑end without needing direction.
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or AI program management.
- Exposure to broader GTM tech stack tools including Seismic, or CPQ.
- Experience in CRM, CRMA/Tableau/Power BI dashboards, and Xactly.
- Lean Six Sigma, BPM or formal process improvement certification.
