This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with business, operations, finance, HR, technology, and leadership teams — and can translate legal requirements into practical, business-friendly solutions.
Role: Legal Associate
Experience: 2–3 years in Corporate/In-house Legal
Compensation: As per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate and manage MSAs, NDAs, Vendor Agreements, Service Level Agreements and other commercial contracts.
- Handle end-to-end contract management, including execution, renewals, documentation and repository management.
- Manage/support ROC, corporate secretarial and regulatory compliances.
- Support DPDP/data privacy compliance and advise teams on applicable requirements.
- Conduct legal research and track regulatory/legal developments and their business impact.
- Provide practical legal advice on business, commercial and corporate matters.

- Work closely with Business, Operations, Finance, HR and other cross-functional teams.
- BA.LL.B. / LL.B. / equivalent legal qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Corporate.
- Strong contract drafting, review and negotiation skills.
- Immediate Joiners will be appreciated.
- Excellent English communication skills- written and verbal. English communication is a must for this role.
- Good legal research, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- CS qualification/experience will be an added advantage.
Someone who can think commercially, spot legal risks, communicate clearly, and get things done not just draft documents.
If you’re excited to work in a fast-growing company and take ownership of legal & compliance matters, we’d love to hear from you!
