What you'll do:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation system components to ensure optimal exterior system performance.
• Perform seasonal maintenance activities, including winterizing and spring start-up procedures.
• Operate heavy equipment, vehicles, and specialized tools safely while completing routine and complex tasks.
• Respond to work orders, prioritize assignments, and document activities using electronic devices and written reports.
• Inspect and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure proper working condition and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with managers, coworkers, and external partners to meet service expectations and timelines.
• Identify system upgrade opportunities and support equipment replacement prioritization.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety policies and reporting violations promptly.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing irrigation systems and components.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery, vehicles, and specialized tools safely and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of seasonal maintenance procedures, including winterizing and spring start-up of irrigation systems.
• Proficient in using electronic devices to complete work orders, maintain documentation, and communicate with team members.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety by following policies, identifying hazards, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with managers, coworkers, and external partners.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs and facility requirements.
• Experience conducting equipment inspections and performing routine maintenance to ensure operational readiness.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
