Executive Reporting and Insights supporting Level 2 and Level 3 leaders. This includes executive scorecards, analysis on performance, helping leaders 'tell the story' about what's happening in their organization and identify areas requiring action.
Research and Analysis to provide a deeper understanding of the root causes and drivers of change in their key performance indicators.
Data Visualization to facilitate greater self-service analytics for mid-level and front-line leaders. This includes collaborating with the business to learn about their processes and information needs, translating those needs into self-service, interactive BI solutions.
Innovation / Strategic Opportunities to improve existing solutions, build greater efficiencies, and expand the value we provide.

· Educating business partners / customers to increase organizational data literacy
Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.
Note: If you are a FINRA registered internal employee who is considering moving to a non-licensed role, you may want to proactively have a conversation with the hiring manger to understand the potential impact to your registrations before a final hiring decision is made.
