Description
How you'll make an impact:
- Provide specialized technical support to customers regarding company products, applications, and solutions;
- Deliver on-site and remote technical service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues;
- Operate at a strategic site supporting critical digital infrastructure, working closely with customer personnel on a daily basis;
- Conduct technical surveys, system audits, and application assessments at customer facilities;
- Monitor the performance of installed solutions and recommend improvement and optimization initiatives;
- Partner with the Sales team in the preparation of technical proposals and the development of new business opportunities;
- Provide expert technical consulting, leveraging specialized knowledge and industry best practices;
- Ensure compliance with service standards, as well as customer quality and safety requirements;
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical roles within industrial environments;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex and technologically advanced settings;
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage day-to-day activities;
- Availability to work at the customer site.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the water treatment industry;
- Background in field service, technical support, or after-sales support activities;
- Familiarity with highly critical industrial environments and operations requiring high levels of reliability and business continuity.
