Description
Do you want to shape how millions of customers discover, understand and engage with If across the Nordic markets?
At If, we help people feel secure. Every day, customers search for information, compare options and make important decisions digitally. As Head of Content Management & Visibility, you will shape how content helps customers discover, understand and engage with If across the Nordic markets.
We are looking for a senior leader to establish and develop a Nordic capability for managing content as a strategic business asset throughout its lifecycle, while strengthening visibility across search engines, AI-driven experiences and emerging discovery platforms.
In this role you will
Own and drive the Nordic Content Management & Visibility strategy, ensuring that content is governed, scalable, customer centric and discoverable across relevant digital channels. You will establish the foundations for how content is planned, created, managed, optimized, measured and retired throughout its lifecycle, supporting customer experience and business performance.
Establish and continuously improve Nordic content governance, including ownership, standards, processes, quality frameworks and ways of working.
Own and develop the visibility strategy, covering both traditional SEO and AI driven visibility.
Build and lead the Nordic Content Management & Visibility capability together with local Chapter Leaders, creating shared direction, common priorities and ways of working while ensuring strong alignment between Nordic ambitions and local market needs.
Use data and insights to continuously improve performance and customer experience.
Enable responsible use of AI in content creation, management and optimization, while maintaining quality, compliance and brand consistency.
Who are you?
You are an experienced and engaging leader with a strong understanding of content management, digital visibility and customer experience. You combine strategic thinking with the ability to create clarity around direction. You are comfortable leading in a matrix environment and building alignment across markets, chapters, squads, and business stakeholders. With your coaching mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, you help people and teams grow while creating clarity on direction, priorities, and the customer outcomes we are working towards.
We expect you to have
Experience in digital leadership and a strong track record of leading content, web or digital experience teams across multiple markets.
Experience leading through other leaders and developing strong, high-performing teams.
Experience establishing content operating models, lifecycle processes and common standards across markets or business areas.
Strong knowledge of content management, content governance, digital visibility, SEO and web management.
Experience with enterprise CMS platforms is important, and experience with Optimizely is an advantage.
You are curious about how AI and emerging technologies are changing digital discovery and customer behavior, and you are motivated by developing capabilities, people and ways of working that are fit for the future.
