Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive internal Strategic IT & AI-readiness Projects, as our new PM, you will drive business transformation and make an impact across AI, Enterprise Architecture and Process Excellence initiatives

This is the role and main tasks

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead IT-enabled transformation projects that drive maturation of our enterprise architecture capabilities towards an AI-ready future and deliver business value.

You’ll manage complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions and organizational change management. You will operate at the intersection of business requirements, process optimization, change management and technological enablement.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional IT and process transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of AI-readiness-capabilities from idea through execution and operational adoption
• Drive portfolio prioritization and partner with leadership for capacity planning
• Develop and implement governance framework for project execution
• Collaborate with a team of Enterprise Architects, functional and technical teams to ensure change management and proper adoption of changes and solutions into our technology stack
• Ensure sustainability in our ways of working and priorities by embedding processes and technology into daily operations and deliver lasting business value.
  

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager with a strong IT and technology foundation, who can bridge business needs with IT execution. You thrive in steering complex programs, system implementations, and complex technology-driven initiatives, and you are skillful in balancing change management with effective execution. You lead through influence, credibility, and action, and you are willing to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.

Moreover, you bring:

• 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management or digital transformation with demonstrated success in leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise architecture alignment
• Familiarity with data governance, AI adoption, and modern IT delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, navigate resistance, and create alignment around change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, including technical and executive audiences
