Join our Phoenix team as an IT Service Desk Analyst and be the friendly, solutions-focused first point of contact employees can count on when technology gets in the way.
You’ll combine technical troubleshooting with strong communication and customer service skills to resolve issues, keep teams productive, and create a positive support experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and making an everyday impact across the organization.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00/ Hourly

What you will do?
- Monitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring issues are prioritized, documented, and resolved on time
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues for end users
- Provide support in person, remotely, by phone, or through chat
- Partner with IT teams to resolve more complex technical issues
- Communicate solutions clearly and help users understand how to resolve common issues
- Support employee onboarding, access changes, and account updates
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other equipment
- Stay current on software, hardware, and system updates
- Perform routine maintenance on company-issued equipment
- Maintain and update IT documentation and support resources
What you bring to the table!
- Familiarity with Windows hardware/software and Office 365 environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for troubleshooting and issue resolution
