The enterprise deploys web and mobile technologies that help small businesses start, run, and grow their businesses. The company’s flagship product is a simple financial record-keeping application that enables small business owners easily keep and manage their financial data for quick data-driven decision-making and also to access a curation of financial services that suit their size and needs.

Who We Are Looking For

We are a fast-growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment and drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Developing marketing strategies: Responsible for developing marketing strategies and plans that align with the overall goals of Built.
  • Creating marketing campaigns: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations efforts.
  • Managing budgets: Responsible for managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Analyzing performance: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to determine their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Managing marketing teams: Oversee a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Stay abreast of changes in the marketing industry, including new technologies, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behavior.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
