What You'll Do
Lead and inspire high-performing talent: Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 3–5 marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth while building a best-in-class marketing organization.
Shape the strategic direction of the business: Develop and execute local marketing strategies that align with business unit priorities and broader regional and global objectives, ensuring sustainable long-term growth.
Drive commercial success: Own franchise growth and P&L contribution targets, translating strategic ambitions into actionable, data-driven plans that deliver measurable business impact.
Champion executional excellence: Oversee the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, including campaign strategy, launch planning, budget management, resource allocation, and performance optimization to maximize return on investment.
Influence across the organization: Act as a trusted strategic partner across Medical, Sales, Market Access & External Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and other key functions to ensure seamless execution and alignment around shared goals.
Build capabilities for the future: Strengthen marketing capabilities, processes, and governance to enhance agility, accelerate decision-making, and elevate analytical and commercial excellence across the organization.
Engage and influence senior leaders: Present strategic recommendations, business cases, and performance updates to senior leadership, proactively identifying opportunities, managing risks, and driving informed decision-making.
Ensure integrity and compliance: Champion the highest standards of compliance and governance, ensuring all marketing activities meet local regulatory requirements and company policies.
Turn insights into competitive advantage: Leverage deep customer, market, and competitive insights to inform strategy, define meaningful KPIs, and continuously optimize brand and portfolio performance.
This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives on building teams, delivering commercial results, and turning market insights into competitive advantage.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in oncology; demonstrated experience leading product managers, managing high-value brands, and supporting products across different lifecycle stages.
Commercial acumen: Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that deliver measurable commercial impact.
Cross-functional influence: Strong experience collaborating with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access & External Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and other key functions.
Leadership and people management: Experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, with strong performance management capability.
Analytical skills: Strong comfort with data-driven decision-making, KPI setting, and performance analytics.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Regulatory and compliance awareness: Strong understanding of local pharmaceutical regulations and industry codes of practice.
