Your responsibilities
As Technical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by combining your technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills. You will support the entire sales cycle - from identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to post-sale technical support - while expanding our presence in France and North & West Africa.
Proactively develop and expand our customer base in France and North & West Africa through acquisition and relationship management.
Collaborate with the sales teams to provide technical insights during pre-sales and sales activities, as well as with cross-functional teams such as product development, project management, after-market or marketing.
Provide expert consultation by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored technical solutions
Identify and develop new market segments through competitive and market analysis.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, customer visits and visits to our test centers.
Your qualifications
A degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable technology-related field
3-5 years of professional experience in technical sales, application engineering, or a related field, preferably in a technical or industrial environment (experience in the chemical, cement, or steel industries is a plus).
Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
High customer orientation, self-motivation, and a willingness to travel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both French and English, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
