Description
This position is Salary plus Bonus in the FinTech Industry
We want to talk if you:
Have Real Estate Mortgage Processing, Loan Officer or Real Estate Agent experience.
Position Duties Include:
-Communicate well and educate buyers and sellers about our service and match them with great agents.
-Build relationships with agents, buyers and sellers.
-Follow up with agents and customers to make certain experience is going well.
-Recruit new agents to join the internal network.
-Be involved in planning processes for new sales improvements
-Work with our development team to report bugs and test new changes.
-Help plan team trainings.
-Focus will primarily be on one of the following areas.
-Become a real estate and investing expert.
- Communicating well with buyers and sellers.
- Flexing into other roles to help the team as needed.
- Teammate would work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with the exact hours TBD. Flexibility in scheduling is offered to teammates who stay with the firm for an extended period of time.
