Job Description & Summary

A career within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.
Our team helps our clients identify and reduce tax risks, meet compliance obligations, implement tax strategies that complement business and operational objectives, resolve disagreements with tax authorities, and manage tax accounting and reporting issues. You’ll be engaged in projects dealing with International tax, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax accounting, regulatory processes, tax reporting and strategy.

Position Purpose: To be part of the team in providing services and support to Managers and clients. Help and facilitate managers in gathering clients information, researching tax entities, analysing and identifying client’s tax issues especially the complex tax.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide assistances to Managers in handling client’s portfolios and assignments.

• Provide compliance and consulting services to corporate and individual clients.

• Identify complex tax issues and provide tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates.

• Oversee complex tax research projects for clients in diverse industries.

• Research and analysis of a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques for a variety of entities and their affiliates.

Qualifications

• 3 and/or more years experience in providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work papers and income tax returns.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, Taxation or other business related field; CPA is a plus.

• Think creatively, a thirst for knowledge, multi-task handling, strong in project management, confident, with a strong business sense.

• Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English.
