Job Description

As an experience Business Analyst, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver technology solutions that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll use your analytical strength and product expertise to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements that guide high‑quality delivery.

You’ll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams—including Strategy, Experience, Engineering, and Data—to shape smart, customer‑focused solutions. From defining functional specifications to mapping business processes, you’ll ensure every deliverable is clear, aligned, and driving progress.

 

You’ll also contribute to a positive team culture by providing guidance, coaching, and clarity. Your leadership will help others grow, while also keeping everyone focused on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering tangible value for our clients.

 

Responsibilities 

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand client goals, processes, and challenges, translating insights into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design scalable, user‑centric solutions by building deep product expertise, identifying functional gaps, and recommending best‑practice configurations, workarounds, or enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams—developers, architects, and consultants—to ensure solutions align to functional specs and are validated through configuration, testing, and integration cycles.
• Produce high‑quality functional documentation, process maps, user guides, training materials, and release notes, and deliver effective training for end‑users and administrators.
• Support change impact assessment, adoption planning, and continuous improvement by analysing system usage and providing insights for product enhancements and roadmap direction.
• Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies to bring fresh thinking to client solutions.

Qualifications 

• 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Product Consultant in a tech consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/enterprise tech products (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, CX, analytics platforms).
• Experience translating business processes into product configurations.
• Proficiency in writing functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments. 

 Nice to Have 

• Experience with APIs, integrations, and basic data concepts (not coding-heavy).

• Industry experience (e.g., financial services, government, retail, telco).

• Certifications (Agile, Scrum, product-specific certifications).
