Civil Engineer

Oversee and manage building maintenance and new construction projects.

Perform and supervise RR (Random Rubble) and CR (Coursed Rubble) masonry work.

Execute all types of waterproofing solutions to safeguard structures.

Install and manage partition works using materials like gypsum board, aerocon blocks, and aluminum.

Supervise and execute various flooring installations, including tiles, marble, and concrete finishes.

Manage interior and exterior painting projects, ensuring quality and durability.

Conduct road and drainage maintenance to ensure functional infrastructure.

Handle repair and installation tasks involving GI (Galvanized Iron), PC (Precast Concrete), and other materials.

Rectify snag lists, addressing construction defects and incomplete works.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, quality checks, and timely delivery of services.

Inspect project sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Skills:

Strong expertise in construction, maintenance, and infrastructure repair techniques.

Proficiency in interpreting and working with blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.

Sound knowledge of materials like aerocon blocks, GI, PC, and waterproofing solutions.

Ability to identify and resolve structural or functional issues promptly.

Effective communication and negotiation skills for vendor management.

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Competence in using civil engineering tools and software for planning and execution.
