5. Support in planning and managing events to promote our brand and increase customer engagement. - Manage social media presence and engage with the student community online.
6. Assist in managing our social media accounts, including Instagram and LinkedIn, to build a strong online presence.
7. Analyze market data and competitor activities to develop and implement marketing strategies that will drive business growth.
8. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote educational content and membership tiers.
9 . Build and maintain WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Telegram groups for effective communication and member retention.
10. Focus on awareness and interest generation. Foster a loyal customer base inspired by the vision of contributing to national progress.
11. Handle post-purchase community engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
