Warehouse Manager – Picking & Line Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse picking and production line delivery operations. The position is responsible for managing approximately 120 frontline employees, including both direct and third-party associates, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time material flow to production.

Key responsibilities include warehouse operations management, workforce supervision, productivity improvement, inventory accuracy, and continuous process optimization. The successful candidate will also support the implementation and operation of logistics automation solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing large warehouse operations and frontline teams.
• Knowledge of material picking, kitting, and production line replenishment processes.
• Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), automated picking solutions, and AGV-based material delivery systems is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role plays a critical part in supporting operational excellence, future capacity growth, and warehouse automation initiatives.
