Position Summary
The Rating Analyst is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining rating tariffs for individual customers, using the company’s TMW system. This position has a high level of focus on accuracy to ensure customers and drivers are billed and paid correctly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Understand and interpret multiple rate agreements / customer contracts
· Set-up rating in TMW systems for billing department to be able to efficiently and accurately invoice customers.
· Work with pricing and sales to ensure accurate information is entered and updated as needed.
· Answer emails from dispatch and billing regarding rates and charges billable to a specific customer.
· Work with customers and our collections department to answer questions regarding rating disputes and work to resolve any issues
· Perform additional duties as required.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· High School Diploma or GED
· Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Preferred qualifications
· Associate or bachelor’s Degree
· Preferred work experience in transportation
· Data Entry Experience
· Experience using TMW Software

Salary Range:
Disclaimer: The salary range for this position is $49,000 to $52,000 annually plus commission. This range is based on market data and internal equity. The final offer will be determined by various factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
