We're looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform professional who enjoys balancing hands-on development with application support, stakeholder engagement and platform governance.

Working across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, you'll be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing existing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and SharePoint Online solutions, while also developing new capabilities that drive business efficiency and digital transformation. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand requirements, resolve technical issues and deliver scalable, secure and user-focused solutions.

What you'll do:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and SharePoint Online solutions.
• Manage and resolve support tickets, troubleshooting issues and implementing long-term fixes.
• Design, develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate solutions.
• Build new business applications and process automations that improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists and document management solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support the ongoing development of Power Platform governance, standards and best practices.
• Assist with platform administration, security, compliance and environment management activities.
• Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams and end users.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Microsoft Power Platform estate.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience developing and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing support tickets and resolving production issues in a live environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering business process automation solutions.
• Good understanding of SharePoint permissions, content management and site administration.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Platform security, governance and compliance principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance support priorities alongside development and project work.
