As a Senior Manager Regional Application Management SSCB on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long lasting partnerships that thrive on success.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Deploy and adapt the global go-to-market (G2M) strategy for Solid State Circuit Breakers (SSCB) in the region, managing G2M activities and market introductions at the application level to enable Sales and FAE teams to capture maximum design win BOM share at optimal value-based prices
- Provide feedback on customer and market acceptance of Infineon's solution offerings and share regional market information, including pricing, to support the continuous improvement of the global G2M strategy
- Ensure design wins by supporting the Sales team and leading business development activities on an application level, including training direct and distribution Sales and Field Application Engineers on relevant applications, Infineon BOM offerings, and market trends
- Manage and adjust operative pricing guidelines and corridors for the region at the application level, and influences allocation decisions to maximize regional success
- Conduct market and competitor analysis at both the product and application level
- Provide guidance on regional TAM, market outlook and revenue forecasts for Infineon's offerings during the commercialization phase, aligned with the regional application G2M strategy
- Reports to regional marketing and application management, ensuring regular updates and alignment on key regional activities and objectives
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years' professional working experience in application engineering, application management or field application engineering in the industrial segment
- Experience and application know how with circuit breakers, solid circuit breakers and deep understanding of the circuit breaker market and its potential in EMEA
- Understanding the needs of DC microgrids as well as future requirements of DC grids for datacenters and industrial applications
- Deep technical understanding of SiC/GaN/IGBT/Mosfet components
- Excellent communication skills on management level and experience in stakeholder management to influence decisions at customers and internally
- Willingness to travel within EMEA
- Fluent in English and German
