Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders, translating those needs into functional applications, and ensuring that the solutions are effectively integrated within the existing environment. Collaboration with team members and other departments to refine application features and troubleshoot issues is a key part of your daily activities, ensuring that the applications support business objectives efficiently and reliably.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and configuration details.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application development tasks.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower.
- Experience in designing and implementing application solutions using IBM WebSphere DataPower.
- Strong understanding of application integration and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices related to application development.
- Capability to work with various middleware components and ensure seamless application communication.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
