Do you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and helping customers have a great experience? Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Care Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC). 

In this role, you'll answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and help connect them with the right sales or service team. 

No automotive experience is required—we'll provide the paid training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer phone calls 
• Help create a positive first impression for every customer
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer communication between departments 
• Support service and sales departments with administrative coordination 
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-up, and organization throughout the day 
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer care experiences

• Customer service, hospitality, call center, or receptionist experience preferred
