Supports and coordinates day to day technology operations to ensure stable and efficient performance across assigned platforms, infrastructure, systems, and networks. Delivers reliable administration and support of hardware, software, databases, and end user technology, highlighting issues and trends to senior teammates and providing assistance and training to lower level support teammates to enable seamless service delivery and operational continuity.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Delivers day-to-day operational support for assigned technology platforms, infrastructure, and systems, helping maintain production stability and performance.
2. Administers and supports hardware, software, databases, and enduser technology by following established procedures, checking and adjusting work methods as needed to ensure reliable and scalable service delivery.
3. Works with other technology teams to coordinate routine operational activities, raising questions or concerns when issues, risks, or dependencies are identified.
4. Monitors system performance, alerts, and queues, resolving issues within defined scope and escalating more complex problems to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
5. May support and coordinate installation planning activities by managing schedules, tracking readiness tasks and dependencies, identifying and addressing non‑routine planning issues, and working with internal teams and vendors to support timely and compliant deployments.
5. Follows and reinforces approved standards, policies, and procedures in daily work to support compliance, security, and risk management, flagging gaps or inconsistencies to more senior teammates.
6. Participates in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting tasks by executing runbooks and documented steps, validating outcomes, and helping minimize service disruptions.
7. Documents requests, workarounds, and resolutions clearly and accurately to support continuous improvement of support processes.
8. Contributes input on recurring issues and observed trends to help assess operational needs and plan improvements or small-scale technology initiatives.
9. Provides technical assistance and training to lower level support teammates, including explaining procedures, walking through troubleshooting steps, and reviewing their work for accuracy where appropriate.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of experience in technology operations or related technical support roles.
2. Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components including hardware, software, and networks.
3. Familiarity with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements in technology environments.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with common enterprise technology platforms and tools.
2. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.
3. Exposure to IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
