YOUR MISSION

The primary role is to manage and execute finance function as per below:

Oversee the daily accounting and management reporting

• Accounts payable for oversea vendors and customs, in line with company policies, standard operating procedures, and authorization matrix
• Allocation of expense and manage the accuracy of cost center recorded in SAP
• Manage the month-end actual reporting per Reporting Manual

Tax reporting and statutory compliance  

• Responsible for Tax compliance
• Making sure all the relevant tax topics like TP, WHT, VAT, CIT etc taken care
• Tax returns are filed and paid on time and in compliance with tax provisions liaise with consultants and tax authorities during tax audits
• Coordinate and complete annual audit with external auditors 

Oversee treasury functions

• Collections and disbursements are managed efficiently, and liquidity planning is line with business requirement, liaising with banks
• Manage the long-term loan registration with SBV

Zoho, Automation, lean ERP Project

• Perform/Lead ad hoc projects for the continuous improvement of Finance Department – SAP system enhancement, Zoho enhancement, etc

YOUR TALENT

Education: University Degree in Accounting
Certificate: Chief Accountant

Language Skills: Fluent in English in both written & spoken
Professional:

• Functional: 8-10 years in Finance and Accounting
• Industry: Audit Firms and Multinational Companies 
• Leadership: 1+ years of supervisory experience (preferred)

IT Skills:

• Excel: Advanced
• SAP: Working knowledge
