Your Job:
As the Retail Business Analyst at Brooks, you will play a critical role in driving performance across Brooks’ branded retail fleet by delivering data-driven insights that inform decision-making across store operations, merchandising, and customer experience. You will support Retail Operations, Store Leadership, and crossfunctional partners by analyzing business performance across multiple locations, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve sales, inventory productivity, and operational effectiveness.
