Description
- Develop and manage supply plans for assigned Finished Goods Operations portfolios, ensuring alignment with demand requirements and agreed service level targets.
- Analyze inventory, capacity, lead times, supply constraints, and business trade-offs to create executable and financially aligned supply plans.
- Evaluate supply plan impacts on inventory, cost, cash flow, and operational performance in partnership with Finance and Procurement teams.
- Represent supply plans, risks, constraints, and recovery scenarios during business and leadership reviews, providing clear recommendations and decision options.
- Identify supply risks, backorder drivers, and root causes, then lead mitigation actions and recovery planning to minimize business impact.
- Manage finished goods safety stock levels, supply execution activities, and capacity planning processes to support operational performance objectives.
- Monitor planning and procurement execution against approved plans, track key performance indicators, and drive corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Improve planning processes, master data quality, planning automation, and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and planning effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, or a closely related supply chain function.
- Experience managing end-to-end supply planning activities, including inventory management, service level performance, capacity planning, and supply constraints.
- Experience using SAP-based planning systems, such as SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP, or equivalent enterprise planning solutions.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Experience supporting Finished Goods Operations, Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), or contract manufacturing environments.
- Experience participating in executive supply reviews, integrated business planning, or sales and operations planning processes.
- Experience supporting new product introductions, product transfers, supplier readiness activities, or supply chain change initiatives.
Poland Pay Ranges:
- Poland: zł96.500 - zł160.900 PLN Annual
