About KorrAI
KorrAI is a fast-growing tech startup building AI and spatial data solutions for the mining, engineering consulting, and critical infrastructure sectors. Our core platform, TRAIL, transforms complex risk-assessments into clear, evidence-based insights.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of our general marketing strategy and position us for scale.
You will be the strategic brain behind our marketing efforts - defining our positioning, creating comprehensive go-to-market strategies, and establishing sales context. By taking the lead on strategy, you will empower our existing internal team (who will work closely alongside you or report to you) to focus purely on high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Build and oversee the end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Positioning & Messaging: Define clear, compelling positioning and sales context tailored to asset owners and engineering consultants.
- Go-to-Market (GTM): Plan and implement comprehensive GTM campaigns, establishing timelines, goals, and metrics for success.
- Enable Execution: Produce the foundational strategic frameworks, roadmaps, and briefs required for our internal execution team to build assets, copy, and designs effectively.
- Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer intent within the mining and infrastructure space.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in a general marketing leadership role, preferably within startups, SaaS, data services, mining, or engineering consulting.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mining and engineering consulting sectors and how to market complex technical solutions to these audiences.
- Strategic Thinker: You excel at seeing the big picture and translating it into actionable plans.
