Role Overview :​

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Product Management to lead our Retail Lending Solutions portfolio, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This strategic role is responsible for shaping the product roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring the continued growth and market relevance of our retail lending offerings, including LaserPro, MortgageBot, and broader retail lending solutions.​

The VP will serve as a key thought leader, collaborating across the organization and industry to deliver impactful, client-centric solutions that support financial institutions in delivering modern, compliant, and scalable retail lending experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

​

Product Design & Industry Insight

​

• Lead the design and evolution of retail lending product offerings, informed by deep industry insight and market trends.​
• Establish and manage client advisory boards to incorporate direct client feedback into product strategy.​
• Drive transformation and modernization of legacy lending solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs, regulatory expectations, and industry standards.

Strategic Collaboration & Execution

​

• Work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to identify and execute cross-suite use cases and integrated lending solutions.​
• Actively participate in build, buy, and partnership decision-making processes to accelerate product development and market reach.​
• Lead partner engagements and negotiate commercial constructs to deliver mutual value and strategic alignment.​

Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement

​

• Represent Finastra at industry events, forums, and publications, positioning the company as a leader in retail lending innovation.​
• Leverage a robust industry network to gather market intelligence and inform product strategy within the retail lending ecosystem.​

Go-To-Market Ownership

​

• Own domain expertise in go-to-market activities, including development and support of sales collateral, responses to RFI/RFPs, and client presentations.​
• Support sales and pre-sales teams with market insights, competitive positioning, and product messaging specific to retail lending solutions.​

Vision & Leadership

​

• Maintain a broad vision for product evolution within the retail lending and financial services space, anticipating regulatory changes and macroeconomic trends.​
• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform long-term product planning for LaserPro, MortgageBot, and adjacent retail lending capabilities​

Required Qualifications

​

• Experience in financial services, lending technology, or product management leadership.​
• Proven track record of product leadership and delivery within fintech or banking software environments.​
• Degree-level education required (subject not restricted to computer science).​
• Demonstrated expertise in product strategy, market analysis, and solution delivery within the financial technology sector. ​
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments, industry standards, and client expectations within lending and retail banking domains.​
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
