Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions effectively support organizational goals. The workday often includes analyzing requirements, developing application components, and refining functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The role demands adaptability to evolving project needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Angular.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application architectures.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
