  • Manage multiple custom projects simultaneously while adapting solutions to customer requirements and site-specific conditions.

  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure stack specifications meet customer expectations, company standards, and applicable industry codes.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and records throughout all phases of the project.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays, cost impacts, and other potential issues.

  • Review requests for quotation, specifications, and drawings to prepare comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.

  • Create customer designs using 3D modeling software while applying design-for-manufacturing principles.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support a successful transition from design through manufacturing and delivery.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, construction engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.

  • Three to five years of project management experience preferred.

  • Experience managing complex, technical projects involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience creating and working with 3D models required.

  • Experience with Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • PMP certification preferred.
