  • Evaluate emerging technologies, integration tools, and industry best practices to enhance the organization’s integration capabilities and support future growth and scalability needs.
  • Apply a strong understanding of business strategy and performance to evaluate recommendations for technical processes and concepts.
  • Understand how leveraged applications provide a competitive advantage. Craft solutions and recommendations to accelerate that advantage.
  • Develop and implement strategies and solutions for system interoperability and data exchange between EHR platforms that align with the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.

  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
  • Ability and means to travel 25% between Exact Science locations.
  • Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.

Minimum Qualifications
